History Mix Music is an independent music platform, label, and creative brand. Our website may include music releases, beat sales, licensing options, merchandise, artist pages, producer pages, affiliate features, member dashboards, custom service requests, and other digital or physical offerings.

Ownership of the underlying instrumental, composition, master elements, and related rights remains with the original rights holder except where a separate written agreement says otherwise.
You may not resell, redistribute, repackage, claim ownership of, or sublicense any beat, stem, file, or digital product except to the extent expressly allowed by the purchased license.
Exclusive rights, if offered, are governed by the specific terms attached to that exclusive purchase and may require separate approval, payment, or written confirmation.
Digital products, including beat files, downloadable content, and similar items, are delivered subject to the terms of the specific product and may be restricted to the purchaser only.
You may not copy, distribute, leak, upload, share, or exploit digital products outside the scope of your license or purchase terms.
If you purchase or request mixing, mastering, or related creative services, you agree to provide accurate instructions, working files, contact details, and any other materials needed to complete the job.
Turnaround times, revision limits, delivery formats, and included features may vary by service and by the terms communicated on the site, by email, or during the order process.
You confirm that you have the right to submit the files, music, and content you send to us, and that your materials do not violate any third-party rights.
If you upload, submit, email, or otherwise provide files, messages, project notes, artwork, links, or other content to us, you grant us the limited right to use that material solely as needed to review your request, provide the service, fulfill your order, communicate with you, and maintain records related to the transaction.
You remain responsible for the content you submit and for making sure it does not infringe, violate, or misuse any third-party rights.
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received before delivery of paid digital products, services, or other applicable items, unless we explicitly agree otherwise.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, WooCommerce-supported payment gateways, or other approved processors. By completing a transaction, you also agree to the applicable terms of those payment providers.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Hmix does not offer refunds. We may offer exchanges where appropriate and at our sole discretion, particularly for eligible physical products or specific order issues.
Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable files, custom creative work, and beat licensing, those purchases are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where there are pricing errors, suspicious activity, suspected fraud, licensing conflicts, product unavailability, or other operational issues.
If an order must be canceled by us after payment is received and no exchange or alternate fulfillment applies, we will determine the appropriate remedy in line with the nature of the order and applicable law.
If physical products are sold through the site, shipping times are estimates only and may vary based on carrier, destination, inventory, and fulfillment conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.
We may offer promo codes, referral programs, discounts, loyalty systems, internal credits, or similar promotions. These programs are subject to change, suspension, limitation, or removal at any time.
Promo codes and referral benefits may be restricted by account, purchase type, eligibility, approval status, expiration date, or one-time-use rules. Affiliate commissions, where offered, are only earned according to the program rules in effect at the time, including valid tracked sales, approved code use, and compliance with the program requirements.
We reserve the right to reject, adjust, hold, or deny affiliate payouts in cases involving fraud, abuse, canceled orders, invalid referrals, policy violations, or any activity that appears dishonest or harmful to the brand.
If the site allows producer, artist, or creator submissions, uploads, listings, or profile pages, those features remain subject to Hmix review, moderation, and approval.
We reserve the right to edit, reject, suspend, unpublish, or remove submitted material, listings, product pages, profile content, or uploaded assets that violate our standards, these Terms, the rights of others, or the overall direction of the platform.
All site content, branding, logos, graphics, design elements, text, music-related branding, product presentation, visual layouts, downloadable materials, and original content on this website are owned by Hmix or used with permission, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, imitate, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the site or its content without prior written permission, except where clearly allowed by law or by the terms of a specific purchase.
