1. All Sales Final

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Due to the nature of digital products, beat licensing, creative services, and downloadable content, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

We may offer exchanges in certain situations at our discretion.

2. Digital Products

Digital products include but are not limited to:

• Beat licenses
• Instrumentals
• Downloadable files
• Audio files
• Stems
• Project files
• Sound packs
• Any downloadable content

Because digital products are delivered instantly or made available after purchase, they are non-refundable.

Exchanges may be offered only if:

• The wrong file was delivered
• The file is corrupted
• The product cannot be accessed due to an error on our side

3. Beat Licenses

Beat purchases are licenses, not transfers of ownership, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Once a license has been purchased, it cannot be refunded.

Exchanges may be allowed in rare cases at our discretion, but we are not required to exchange or replace a license.

4. Mixing & Creative Services

Payments for mixing, mastering, or other creative services are non-refundable.

Because work begins once files are submitted, refunds cannot be issued after service has started.

If a problem occurs, we may offer revisions, corrections, or adjustments depending on the service purchased.

The number of revisions, turnaround time, and included features may depend on the service selected.

5. Physical Products

Physical products may be eligible for exchange only.

Exchanges may be considered if:

• The item arrived damaged
• The wrong item was shipped
• The item has a manufacturing defect

We do not guarantee exchanges for sizing mistakes, ordering errors, or change of mind.

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information.

6. Order Errors

If you believe your order was processed incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible.

We may correct errors, resend files, or offer an exchange where appropriate.

7. Promo Codes, Discounts, and Rewards

Orders placed using promo codes, referral codes, or rewards systems are still subject to the same refund rules.

Discounts do not create eligibility for refunds.

8. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:
